The location of the Saint-Bris vineyards allows the Sauvignon grapes to fully express their range of aromas and the minerality of the soils. They are often planted in colder areas in order to enable a slow ripening and therefore the best expression of the vineyards' strong character.
Tasting and food pairings
The Saint-Bris 2016 is characterized by a pale golden dress with green tints.
Its nose, powerful, is characterized by a subtle smell of blackcurrant leaf as well as aromas of exotic fruits, fresh grass and citrus. The mouth is mineral, flattering with a beautiful freshness.
Best drunk young, in aperitif or with desserts based on fruit.
