Tasting and food pairings
The vines are planted on stony hillsides with southerly or easterly aspects. This wine has a bright golden colour with complex and elegant aromas of fresh fruits and white flowers, with hints of vanilla. On the palate it is fresh and has a good length. Both acidity and smoothness are well-balanced.
Drink with: savoury pies, patés, grilled fish, and the classic Burgundian parsley-coated ham and 'andouillettes'.
